- Vessel and Dim Mak present Obey The Kitty featuring: Vin Sol + Justin Milla Vinyl assassin, cultural anthropologist, musicologist, producer and homeboy to the stars. With a constant output of original productions, remixes, collaborations and DJ mixes Vin Sol has earned acclaim from all over. Since he Vin Sol first hit the clubs in 2000, he has successfully energized the crowd along such acts as M.I.A., Biz Markie, Too Short, Pete Rock, Diplo, The Rapture, A-Trak, and LCD Soundsystem. From intimate venues to festivals such as Treasure Island Music Festival and Outside Lands, his expansive vinyl collection and tight beat matching keeps any crowd dancing. During 2011 Vin Sol saw numerous vinyl releases on esteemed labels Fool’s Gold Records and Scion A/V in addition to a collaboration with heavy hitters Chromeo for BBC Radio 1. Currently Vin Sol is preparing his own label with partner 5kinAndBone5 boasting heaps of original productions on the way.
