Noise Pop, Amoeba Music, Moshi, and Do415 are excited to announce a brand new biweekly vinyl party, the Noise Pop Record Collective. Welcoming music and vinyl lovers of all ages, fans are invited to bring a new or used record to be played at each Record Collective event which will be held in bars in San Francisco as well as the East Bay. Our carefully selected cast of host DJs will collect and assemble all of these records each night and play them over the course of the evening, creating what can only be described as a human jukebox fueled by vinyl fans.
We kick off the series at Bloodhound in SOMA on June 12 with Andy Cabic of Vetiver. We'll have drink specials along with chicken and waffle sandwiches from Soul Groove. Be sure to RSVP on Do415 to get a coupon good for $5 off vinyl at Amoeba Music in SF and Berkeley emailed directly to you.
We'll also be heading to the East Bay June 26th to host a Record Collective party at Prizefighter in Emeryville with hosts Zach Rogue and Pat Spurgeon of Rogue Wave. RSVPs for our East Bay date will be on Do415 6/13.
