Event Details

San Francisco’s premiere storytelling series, hosted by Beth Lisick and Arline Klatte, returns to the Museum for a night of ‘California Dreaming,’ riffing off the themes in both the current exhibition, California Dreaming: Jewish Life in the Bay Area from the Gold Rush to the Present, and The Mamas & the Papas’ song by the same name. Storytellers include All Things Considered commentator Dayvid Figler, comedian Michael Capozzola, iconic skateboarder Judi Oyama, cofounder and codirector of SF Sketchfest Janet Varney, and co-founder of Burning Man and the Cacophony Society John Law, who share what the California Dream means to them.
