With no shortage of surprises and spectacle, playwright Lucy Prebble's
tale is grounded in a fast-paced and fact-based narrative about the Company
that interweaves notable events like the 2000 Bush-Gore Election, California's
Rolling Blackouts and the September 11th tragedy. The story is brought to
life by a team of veteran actors, puppets, velociraptors, multimedia displays,
and other surprises sure to make it the sleeper play of the summer.
"Having been around theater and film our entire lives, we started
Open Tab as a way to make theater accessible to all people - not just the
'theater-ati'," said Open Tab co-founder and ENRON cast member Matt
Ingle, "ENRON is the kind of play that doesn't come around very often
- it's educational, witty and thoroughly entertaining. We feel honored to
be able to bring this story to life.
ENRON is directed by Ben Euphrat and stars Dan Bakken, Laurie Burke,
Matt Ingle, Melissa Keith, Carla Pauli, Alex Plant, Dan Shapiro, Claire
Slattery, Nathan Tucker, and Grey Wolf*
