This week, newly acclaimed folkie pop band Of Monsters and Men hits the stage at NightLife. After stomping out their competition at Músiktilraunir, a yearly battle of the bands in their native Iceland, Of Monsters and Men has made their way to the world stage in the past year. Opening band PAPA describes their sound as “American soul music with a punk rock mentality.” Plus, nosh your way through a special edition of Off the Grid, a roving food truck brigade, on the Music Concourse. Additional music by Britt Govea, founder of (((folkYEAH!))). Music presented by Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival.
