In this hands-on class you’ll learn the dos and fondon’ts of entertaining with fondue. We’ll make five different fondue variants: four light, silky creations showcasing fresh and young cheeses and one velvety chocolate exception. We’ll pair our favorite summer sparklers with each recipe. Summer veggies and fruits will inspire our dipping. Time: 6:30 – 8:30pm Day: Thursday Instructor: Kiri Fisher
